Time: April 23 2023 (Sunday), 3-4:30 PM Location: TBD Join us as we bring together communities for relationship building and action towards issues like affordability, reconciliation, climate justice, and mental health. In preparation for the Solidarity Assembly, we will host an alliance-wide engagement session on Sunday March 5, 2023. Meet leaders across the lower mainland concerned with issues you care about. Work with our organizer to understand how we can take action on the issue together. |

Next training: Foundations of Community Organizing February 20-23 on Zoom Hosted by our Calgary Chapter (register here) Stay tuned for our Wrestling with the Truth of Colonization training. The purpose is to address the legacies of colonialism through collaborative action with Indigenous leaders and organizations. We are hoping to offer this training to member organizations in Summer 2023. |

Attend MVA-member Urban Aboriginal Ministry's Friday Drum Circles. This is a sacred sharing time to further our commitment to reconciliation, with a community snack and coffee afterwards to reflect on the teachings of the day. All are welcome!
